Elliott Downs

Elliott Downs is a self taught artist from Harrisonburg, Virginia. He grew up helping hang exhibits curated by his father at the James Madison University Sawhill Gallery. Being surrounded by art fostered his love for the visual arts. Elliott is also an avid record collector and tinkerer.

Outreach

Reaching out to lend a hand or help someone. That’s what we as a community strive to do. My literal interpretation of that uses varying patterns to subtly show that everyone is different, but we can all be together to make something beautiful.
