Arts Council of the Valley (ACV) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to cultivating the arts, creating experiences, and connecting communities throughout the City of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. We strive to operate our programs - Advancing the Arts Grants, Court Square Theater, First Fridays of the Valley, Public Art initiatives, and Smith House Galleries - as efficiently as possible, enabling us to give back to our community the very most we can.
