Internship Opportunities

Arts Council of the Valley (ACV) is proud to offer an internship program that provides hands-on, rich educational experiences for students by promoting arts engagement in a professional gallery and downtown theater.

As an intern, you will learn the many day-to-day processes, community initiatives, and outreach programs of a community arts non-profit. Interns wear many hats, and responsibilities can range from aiding with gallery and theater event preparation to special research projects to general administrative duties. All interns can expect a fast-paced, rigorous - and fun - internship experience that will provide invaluable insight into the nonprofit world while enabling the simultaneous development of a unique skillset.

I felt as though I was part of a team, all efforts working together multilaterally to achieve a common goal. Different tasks assigned to me, many of which directly corresponded to my individual strengths and future career interests, offered an extensive understanding of what went into a local art non-profit.
