Day and evening hours vary by event.
Please note that the administrative offices and box office are closed for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Parking:
Smith House: Parking is available on Main Street and in the lots behind the house.
Court Square Theater: Parking is available in the north parking lot directly across the street. Additional parking may be found around Court Square and in the public parking deck on E. Water Street.
Admission:
Admission to the Smith House and its Darrin-McHone Fine Art Gallery is free.
Ticket prices for performances at Court Square Theater vary.
Groups:
While the public is always welcome and encouraged to visit exhibitions featured at the Smith House any time from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday, we ask that student or special interest groups of 20 or more people contact us for advance reservations. Please call (540) 801-8779 to plan your group’s visit.
Accessibility:
The historic Smith House has a low-grade ramp for access to the front door. The Darrin-McHone Gallery, business offices, and restroom, located on the first floor of the Smith House, are accessible to persons with disabilities. The second floor of the Smith House is accessible only by stairs, which is rented by the Community Foundation of Harrisonburg/Rockingham County.
Court Square Theater is fully wheelchair accessible and has a viewing area for patrons in wheelchairs.
