The Arts Council of the Valley announces the start of the 2010 First Fridays Downtown season, an annual arts and retail initiative in downtown Harrisonburg.  The event runs from 5-7 p.m. on the first Friday of each month. Please join this vibrant scene on April 2, May 7, June 4, July 2, August 6, September 3, and October 1.
